Lily Lagoon Resort Unveils Bush Food Menu - A Recipe for Success!

The Lily Lagoon Resort unveiled its first menu concept at an exclusive tasting event today with more than 20 guests in attendance! 

The menu has been carefully crafted to include Australian native foods, introducing bush flavours to locals and tourists visiting Kununurra.

The selection of mouthwatering dishes include kangaroo skewers with desert raisin relish, barramundi gijon’s with wild lime and pepper leaf mayo, kangaroo arancini and poached prawns with mango mayo! 

We are so proud of our awesome Lily Lagoon Resort kitchen staff and head chef Jamie Dallas, and are very grateful for the support of Don Hancey, Mark Attard, Tourism Western Australia and East Kimberley Jobs Pathways.
